Name change!!

Thankfully one of my workmates came up with a better title for this blog today so thanks Ros :) She really knows just how absent I can be at times!
Anyway I have my new camera with the big screen so I can see what I am doing and a nice new red suitcase so now I have to get the new phone to text home cheaply with.
Meanwhile I have planted seeds of two lots of onions ( red and brown )and some carrots , golden ball turnips and mangle beets out in the garden to grow while I am away. Also two lots of lettuce , small red cabbages and violet cauliflowers in punnets so I hope they come up quickly for me.
The Biscia rossa lettuce is coming up in the hanging pockets as are the petit pois and special mizuna. here is a photo of the previous hanging pocket gardens.

Pre Travel log

Welcome to my first post of what is meant to be a travel diary so people can see what I'm up to on my big trip back to the UK. The biggest hitch was thinking up a name no-one else had thought of and luckily no-one else grows vegetables backwards!!
Hopefully I will work out how to add photos etc before I go so watch this space!
